Vivian believes in the importance of building lasting relationships that cater to each client’s unique requirements. She joined Personalised Mortgages after an 18-year career at Westpac, of which 14 years were with the multi-award-winning and distinguished Westpac Private Wealth team.

Her last role at Westpac was a Senior Adviser role, where she specialised in designing, advising and implementing tailored investment portfolios for exclusive High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth clients. 

Vivian has extensive experience in communicating western-culture-based wealth philosophies to clients coming from an eastern cultural background. Although she focusses most of her energies nowadays on the acquisition of property for her clients, this rich experience and background serves every one of her clients well.
